Oil changes should be completed on a routine basis. If your driving style is described by any of the following conditions, your engine oil should be changed every 3,000 miles.
You should also consider checking your oil between oil changes too. A good rule of thumb is to check your oil every time you fill up with gas. If the engine runs out of oil you could risk complete engine failure if the engine were to seize. |
